My client is expanding their network of physiotherapy clinics and is looking for passionate individuals who want to make a real impact in musculoskeletal (MSK) rehabilitation. With a strong emphasis on evidence-based care, dry needling, and continuous professional development, they provide both fresh graduates and experienced physiotherapists the opportunity to thrive in a supportive and structured environment.
About the Clinics
My client operates community-based physiotherapy clinics with a strong focus on MSK rehabilitation. They believe in nurturing talent through mentorship, structured learning, and hands-on clinical practice. Junior physiotherapists will benefit from their Residency Program, while senior physiotherapists will have opportunities to mentor, lead, and drive service excellence.
The Opportunity
They are hiring 17 physiotherapists across their clinics:
- 12 Junior Physiotherapists (≤5 years’ experience, ideally <3 years to join the Residency Program)
- 5 Senior / Principal Physiotherapists (>5 years’ experience, with mentoring and leadership responsibilities)
Queenstown Clinic is a priority site, where they are looking to place:
- 1 Senior Physiotherapist
- 2 Junior Physiotherapists
What You Will Do
- Conduct patient assessments and design evidence-based treatment plans focused on MSK rehabilitation.
- Deliver treatments using manual therapy, exercise prescription, and advanced interventions such as dry needling.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to provide holistic and consistent care.
(Junior) - Participate fully in the Residency Program, with structured learning and mentorship.
(Senior) - Anchor clinic operations, mentor junior colleagues, and drive clinical quality.
Shift System
Physiotherapists will work on a rotating schedule to balance patient demand and team wellbeing:
- 2 Long Days: 8:00am – 7:00pm
- 2 Morning Shifts: 8:00am – 2:00pm
- 2 Evening Shifts: 2:00pm – 8:00pm
- 83 hours across 2 weeks
Job Requirements:
Junior Physiotherapist
- Recognised degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent).
- ≤5 years of MSK experience (ideal: <3 years).
- Interest in advanced MSK practice, including dry needling.
- Eagerness to grow through structured training and mentorship.
Senior / Principal Physiotherapist
- Recognised degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent).
- 5 years of MSK experience with proven expertise.
- Proficient in advanced clinical techniques, including dry needling.
- Strong leadership and mentoring ability.
