Job Summary
The motivated and skilled Pilates / Personal Trainer will be responsible for providing individualized and group fitness instruction, helping clients achieve their fitness and wellness goals. This role requires expertise in Pilates techniques and a strong understanding of general fitness principles.
Key Responsibilities
Client Instruction and Training
- Design and deliver personalized fitness programs tailored to client goals, abilities, and fitness levels.
- Lead Pilates sessions (equipment-based and mat) for individuals and groups.
- Instruct clients in proper exercise techniques to ensure safety and effectiveness.
- Demonstrate modifications for various skill levels and physical limitations.
Assessment and Goal Setting
- Conduct initial fitness assessments to evaluate client fitness levels and needs.
- Set achievable fitness goals and regularly track client progress.
Studio and Equipment Management
- Ensure all equipment is used and maintained properly.
- Clean and organize the workout space to provide a safe and welcoming environment.
Client Engagement and Retention
- Build strong relationships with clients to motivate and inspire them.
- Provide nutritional guidance or collaborate with dietitians as needed.
- Encourage clients to stay committed to their fitness journeys.
Professional Development
- Stay updated on industry trends and maintain relevant certifications.
- Attend workshops and training sessions to enhance skills.
Administrative Tasks
- Maintain accurate client records, including attendance and progress.
- Assist in promoting studio programs and events.
- Manage schedules and appointments efficiently.
Qualification and Skills
Education and Qualifications
- Certification in Pilates Trainer.
- Certification in Personal Trainer.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pilates instructor or personal trainer.
- Experience working with diverse clients, including beginners and advanced practitioners.

- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics.
