Job Description
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules
- Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to align resources and timelines
- Monitor project progress and adjust schedules to mitigate delays or risks
- Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans
- Prepare planning reports and present updates to senior management
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards
- Support procurement planning and vendor coordination
- Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or bottlenecks on-site
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in construction planning
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
