PMO for bank business (FX / MM / Derivative / Bonds / GIRO / FAST / MEPS / XB)

Job Description:

• As PMO, support PM with creating documents, facilitate session and so on.
• To create detailed diagrams and documents to communicate business requirements and changes to system stakeholders, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Strongly support to manage task, timeline, communication, risk, vendor, document quality.
• Support to manage project lifecycle, from requirement, design, technical construction, testing, acceptance, training, documentation and implementation, in accordance with the Project Management Process and Methodology.
• Understanding for business requirements, and system architecture and system design.
• Support to Coordinate with system stakeholders in Japan, Singapore, and other APAC regions.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability, ensuring strong cross functional teamwork and alignment to project goals and objectives.
• Effectively support to communicate project progress, status, and key decisions to stakeholders, including senior management, and provide regular updates on project metrics, risk and dependencies.
• Work closely with Project Lead/Owner or Sponsor to drive strategic or major initiatives as part of the organization’s roadmap and strategy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Understanding the overview or experience in at least two of the following areas:

• Experience IT project manager or project management office.
• Skilled in creating clear and professional business flow diagrams and system configuration diagrams using tools such as PowerPoint and Excel, strong communication and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to perform business tasks in English (reading, writing, speaking)

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Knowledge and experience in multiple areas among the six listed above
• Experience in multinational projects or working in global teams
