- Must have experience as a Business Analyst in IT or digital transformation projects.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong expertise in Power BI – report building, DAX, Power Query, data modeling.
- Hands-on experience with Power Automate – building flows, integrating with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, etc.
• Exposure to Low-Code/No-Code platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform, Nintex, Mendix, OutSystems) is a strong plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps.
- Experience in domains like Finance, HR, Supply Chain, or Operations is desirable.
