The Opportunity
As a Presales Engineer (System) at VSTECS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD.', you will play a crucial role in the organisation's Information & Communication Technology (ICT) sales team. Based in the Lavender Central Region, this full-time position will see you providing expert technical pre-sales support to clients, ensuring they receive the best solutions to meet their business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and propose appropriate IT system solutions
- Perform technical demonstrations and proof-of-concept trials to showcase product features and capabilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop compelling proposals and presentations
- Provide post-sales support, including system configuration and integration
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technological advancements
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of pre-sales processes and tools
What We're Looking For
- Qualifications: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role in the ICT industry
- Skills: Strong technical aptitude, excellent communication and presentation skills, problem-solving and analytical abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a team
- Certifications: Relevant technical certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSE) would be an advantage
