As a Preschool Admin, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Handle daily administrative tasks, including attendance, filing, and data entry.
- Manage front desk duties such as answering calls, handling enquiries, and greeting visitors.
- Support teachers and principal with scheduling, logistics, and communication with parents.
- Maintain student records and ensure proper documentation for enrolment and withdrawals.
- Assist in coordinating school events, field trips, and procurement of supplies.
Requirements:
- Possess diploma in Business Administration, Early Childhood, or related fields
- Preschool experience will have an added advantage
