Location: Jurong West/ Tengah Garden Avenue
Deployment Days & Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 7am to 4.30pm
- Friday: 7am to 4.00pm
(No deployment required on Saturdays, Sunday, and gazetted public holidays)
Job scope:
- Perform basic administrative duties such as photocopying/laminating of teaching/learning resources
- Issue and collection of teaching/learning resources
- Perform data entry, filing, typing and printing of worksheets and notes
- Prepare certificates awarded by department/level
- Scan optical answer sheets
- Key in students’ marks/grades into computer databases
- Collate department/level surveys and other statistics
- Assist in general administrative duties in General Office
- Perform operational duties as assigned by School Management
- Any other duties as assigned by School Management.
Requirements:
- Minimum ‘N’ Level
- With 3 years of working experience in school environment
- With good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
