Job Description:
Oversee and monitor the daily operations and safety performance of a team of prime mover drivers to ensure smooth workflow, compliance with SOPs, and effective teamwork.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily prime mover operations.
- Ensure safety and operational standards are followed at all times.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to drivers.
- Report operational issues and work with management to resolve them.
- Reply to emails, prepare reports in Excel, and use Microsoft Office for documentation.
Requirements:
- Possess a valid Class 3 or Class 4 driving licence.
- ISC Prime Mover Driver Certificate.
- Able to work rotating shifts (day & night).
- Willing to work 12-hour shifts.
- Ex-Prime mover foreman is an advantage.
