Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Test optimization technical lead in developing new and advance methods on product/process productivity & quality improvement with optimal use of advance data analytics/Artificial Intelligence
- Lead in development of new and advance methods for online & offline test data analysis system (including proto-typing) interacting closely with experts & IT
- Develop advanced test improvement for Yield//Quality enhancement methodology and business processes for harmonization & solution deployment
- Assume business application ownership (including user requirement engineering) & responsible for technical roadmap on product/process test improvement/optimization
- Work closely with engineering teams on problem solving relating to product, process & test technology topics in manufacturing
- Establish & provide technical competency training on testing &statistical methodology for engineering community
- Harmonization & governance of Product Test Engineering methods requirements amongst manufacturing sites/segments, business units central functions Drive & collaborate with technical experts on data analytics development that support productivity/quality initiatives/projects
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Master/PhD in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Material Science or equivalent with more than 5 years of relevant experience in Semiconductor Industry
- Knowledgeable in test optimization techniques (eg. adaptive testing)with well-verse in Product Test Engineering work methods, processes and related tools
- Excellence in application of data analysis & data visualization software
- Good understanding in test program structure/architecture; wafer/final testing methodology will be essential
- Application knowledge in Artificial Intelligence & Data science methodologies in semiconductor testing will be advantageous
- Candidate with experience in Product Engineering & Device testing /Advance product & process control / Problem solving and process improvement methodologies (8D, Lean 6 Sigma) are highly preferred Proactive & self-driven individual with relevant technical skill set& a good team player
