Responsibilities and duties
- Define processes, system specifications, input-output and working parameters for hardware and/or software compatibility.
- Work on device qualifications / applications and generate suitable processes to meet or exceed customer requirements
- Work closely in cross-functional teams to develop process solutions
- Support customers in technical training during new product or process introductions, equipment process buyoff and post-sales process troubleshooting
- Assist in preparation of engineering plans and programs
- Field visit or travelling maybe required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Science related field
- 2-5 years of process experience on high precision electro- mechanical components and system
- Working experience in semi-conductor industry preferred
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good presentation skills and report writing skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
** Senior grade would be offered to the candidate with strong background or relevant working experiences
