Our client is in the Environmental industry, they are one of the leading waste management solutions providers in Singapore. They are looking for a Process Engineer to assist their team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in the West area – easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Process Analysis & Optimization – Evaluate existing processes, interpret operational data (including SCADA systems), and design improvements to enhance productivity and workflow.
- Risk & Safety Management – Conduct risk assessments, participate in PSM and HAZOP studies, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Operations Oversight – Manage and maintain facility processes, including organization and setup of operations, and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Process Implementation – Oversee the execution of new processes and procedures, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to best practices.
- Project & Shutdown Management – Act as turnkey manager to plan and execute plant shutdowns, managing cost and time constraints effectively.
- Documentation & Standards – Develop process documentation, operating instructions, and innovative solutions to improve throughput and output quality.
Requirements:
- Min Bachelor in Chemical Engineering
- Min 2 years of process industry experience
- Strong working knowledge of process-related standards, Process Improvement, and Safety Management
