Key Responsibilities:
- Support full product lifecycle from development to production release.
- Drive debug, qualification, and yield enhancement with test & production teams.
- Coordinate with customers on test and release requirements.
- Liaise with Foundries, SAT houses for production issue resolution.
- Generate guard bands, test limits, and provide yield/correlation reports.
- Support yield improvement, test time reduction, and retest rate reduction.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
- 2–5 years in Product/Test Engineering; foundry process experience a plus.
- Strong grasp of digital, RF, and Mixed Signal test concepts.
- Experience with Advantest 93K ATE is an advantage.
- Skilled in data analysis and tools like JMP, CEDA, DataPower, Optimal+.
- Scripting knowledge (Perl/Java/VBA) and reporting automation is a plus.
- Strong communication; independent worker.
