We’re seeking a Product Manager to support the marketing team in driving growth of our product offering across our serviceable markets and customer segments.
What you will be doing
This will change as you and the business grow.
Initially, focus for this role will be on:
- Helping us select, integrate and roll out a martech platform to drive customer growth and engagement across different customer segments and markets
Once that’s done, you’ll also:
- Develop and execute an SEO strategy that brings customers to our respective acquisition funnels
- Leverage the martech platform to drive engagement in a (yet to be built) native app.
- Provide the key platform for us to test and learn through market experiments

Along the way, you’ll also play a role in:
- Helping us optimise our customer journey capabilities across the markets we service, via standardisation or (where necessary) harmonisation
- Working with our New Products team to Identify opportunities and integrate Consumer Energy Resources into our customer journeys eg: rooftop solar, house battery, EV
Our investments in technology are key to our success. Regular engagement with internal Sales, Customer and Market Operations teams will be key to ensuring the business can operate efficiently, and we are able to capture and capitalise on customer feedback to help grow the business.
Likewise, you’ll participate in (or drive) customer discovery activities, design and run lean experiments to test hypotheses, and help grow our reliance on data to inform the decisions we make.
You will be a good candidate if:
- You’ve designed, deployed and optimised nurture journeys on different marketing platforms (must have)
- You’ve worked with engineering teams to successfully integrate a martech solution across web and native apps (must have)
- You have experience developing and executing SEO strategies to drive growth
- You’ve got demonstrable experience using analytics and lean experiments to accelerate growth and increase engagement.
- You’ve got experience in automation across different platforms/environments (frontend and/or backend)
- You’ve got experience in multi-platform experiences
- Your learning agility and growth mindset are a source of frequent comment by peers and mentors alike.
Any of these will help you get up and running faster:
- You’re au fait with Behavioural Analytics, or can show us you’re data literate
- You’ve had some time working with headless CMS
- You’ve worked on Native Apps
- You’ve had a go at designing, running and assessing lean experiments
- You’ve got a collaborative approach to working
- Bringing order to chaos via product thinking and prioritisation is your superpower
- You have familiarity with UX principles
