Responsibilities:
- Design and drive operational activities to improve the overall user location data accuracy and leverage on location data to improve user's in-app experience.
- Lead end-to-end strategy to increase user opt-ins for location permissions across iOS and Android platforms.
- Analyze user flows, drop-off points, and behavioral patterns to inform data-driven improvements to permission prompts and timing.
- Collaborate closely with product, UX, engineering, legal, and privacy teams to design and test messaging, UI patterns, and in-app flows in order to improve the location consent experience and transparency.
- Stay updated on platform-level policies (e.g., Apple, Google) and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, PDPA) to ensure compliance and best practices in permission requests.
- Define and manage KPI dashboards, summarize findings, and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
