Product Platform Architect

We are looking for a results-driven technology Product Lead with a minimum of ten years of experience in product platform design and architecture of high-performance, scalable, and secure digital solutions. The role requires a person adept at translating complex business requirements into actionable, future-ready architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect Scalable Solutions : Design and implement robust architectures using microservices and APIs, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability in cloud-native environments.
• Modernize Legacy Systems : Lead the decomposition of monolithic applications into modular microservices, leveraging containerization, orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Engage with cross-functional teams—developers, product owners, executives, and external partners—to align architecture with business goals and secure buy-in.
• Innovation & Road mapping : Propose innovative solutions and enhancements, define MVPs, and contribute to technology roadmaps aligned with business strategy and industry trends.
• Mentorship & Enablement : Coach junior architects, developers, and testers; foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement through technical workshops and best practice dissemination.
• Security & Compliance : Ensure adherence to enterprise security standards and industry best practices throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Technical Leadership : Troubleshoot complex technical issues, guide development teams, and ensure the use of reusable components and frameworks.

Technical Proficiencies:

• Cloud Platforms : Deep expertise in AWS (certification preferred), with strong understanding of cloud-native design patterns and services.
• Architecture Domains : Microservices, API-first design, streaming data architecture, modern data platforms, mobile and web application architecture.
• Development Stack : Java, Spring Boot, messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ), RDBMS (PostgreSQL, MySQL), NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB).
• DevOps & Agile : CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), infrastructure as code, Agile methodologies, and open-source toolchains.
• Security : API security, identity and access management, secure coding practices.
• Recognized for leadership, adaptability, and with a collaborative mindset.
• Willing to travel across geographic client locations and lead the global product team.
