Position: Product Specialist – Sample Preparation (Proteomics Workflow)

Job Scope
We are looking for a motivated Product Specialist to support and expand our sample preparation solution portfolio in mass spectrometry-based proteomics workflows , with a focus on Thermo Fisher’s Pierce™ products. This role combines technical expertise, customer engagement, and regional support, and is ideal for someone passionate about proteomics and eager to grow within a dynamic, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a technical expert on sample preparation solutions for proteomics workflows
- Provide pre- and post-sales support to customers and the sales team across Southeast Asia
- Deliver product training , demos, seminars, and workshops to internal teams and external clients
- Support the adoption and implementation of Pierce™ sample preparation products in customer workflows
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to achieve regional goals
- Identify and act on market opportunities to grow product visibility and usage
- Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies in proteomics and life sciences
- Maintain a customer-first approach with a strong focus on solution-based support
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry , Molecular Biology , Proteomics , Life Sciences , or related disciplines
- Hands-on experience with proteomics workflows and sample preparation for mass spectrometry
- Familiarity with Thermo Fisher Pierce™ sample prep solutions is a plus
- At least 2 years of experience in a technical support , product specialist , or application scientist role preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills ; able to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
- Ability and willingness to travel across the Southeast Asia region for customer engagement and support
