We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor with strong expertise in rubber molding operations to oversee and optimise our production processes.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily rubber molding and peeling operations in a high-precision manufacturing environment.
- Lead and guide production teams to meet quality, output, and safety targets.
- Troubleshoot molding machines and process issues to minimise downtime.
- Plan manpower allocation and monitor workflow efficiency.
- Drive process improvement initiatives using Lean / Six Sigma methodologies.
- Ensure accurate production documentation and reporting.
Requirements:
- MUST HAVE experience in rubber molding operations in a supervisory role.
- MUST HAVE hands-on molding and peeling experience, with strong troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in molding production for high-precision parts.
- Rubber molding background is essential.
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, PMP, Internal Auditor , or similar is advantageous.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
