This is an exciting role that sits within the Commercial team at JCDecaux and has responsibility for all programmatic revenue across our media platforms in Singapore. As the Programmatic Optimisation Manager, you are accountable for overseeing the delivery of our programmatic campaigns.
You will need to understand the programmatic marketplace, be technically minded, and have superb attention to detail. You will work closely with cross departments (Sales, Business Development & IT team) to ensure that we deliver best in class campaign execution for our clients.
This role is expected to evolve as programmatic revenue grows. We’re looking for someone who can be flexible in their approach, and who is happy to adapt to a fast-changing environment.
Requirements:
Private Market Place Management:
- Setup PMPs in a timely manner to deliver strong customer service
- Constant tracking and monitoring of live campaigns against expected performance
- Trade managed service campaigns in partner platform
- Monitor creative delivery to alert for moderation and be the buy side liaison for incorrect creatives
- Campaign debugging with efficient resolution that minimises commercial impact
- High attention to detail to provide accurate administration and campaign reporting
- Proactively identifying any issues with client campaigns, assessing the issues using standard procedures and making sound decisions to resolve.
- Establish an understanding of the media marketplace and the digital ecosystems within it i.e. DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, etc.
Technical Knowledge
- Become the lead technical liaison point for our SSP (For Programmatic matters)
- Manage technical troubleshooting conversations with our DSPs & digital buyers
- Leads technical DSP onboarding process
- Business product owner for SSP UI and all associated reporting
Team Contributor
- Work with other team members to ensure a high level of external service is maintained

- Liaise effectively with other JCDecaux departments to delivery effective after-sales service such as photography, campaign delivery/reconciliation, etc

- Support the Head of Programmatic in their areas of activity, including and not limiting to systems testing, deal reporting etc.

Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree education or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in the advertising/media industry, trading, or AdOps
- Previous experience in OOH or Digital Media, with a functional understanding of the programmatic ecosystem
- Hands-on experience using SSP or DSP platforms (preferred)
- Proven track record in campaign management within a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong numeracy skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with intermediate Excel skills
- Demonstrated ability to perform effectively under operational pressure and tight timelines
- Experience working independently and as a key contributor within high-performing teams
- Confident communicator, able to engage peers, clients, and external partners (e.g., DSPs)
