Key Responsibilities:Project Execution Support- Assist project managers in the execution of ongoing projects.- Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful completion.- Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and provide updates.
Customer Success Activities - Engage with existing clients to understand their needs and challenges.- Conduct user training sessions to help clients maximize the use of our products.- Address regular client queries and provide solutions to enhance user experience.
Qualifications & Experience - Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.- Problem-solving skills and a technical mindset.- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.- Familiarity with software development processes and project management methodologies is a plus
