Job Title: Project Coordinator (Entry-Level)

Minimum Qualification: GCE O-Level / SPM equivalent
Job Responsibilities:
- Support Project Manager in day-to-day project coordination and administrative tasks.
- Assist in tracking project timelines, schedules, and deliverables.
- Communicate and coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
- Prepare and update project documentation, reports, and progress summaries.
- Attend site meetings, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
- Assist in procurement, delivery coordination, and inventory tracking.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate filing and documentation for easy retrieval and audit.
Requirements:
- Minimum O-Level / SPM qualification.
- No experience required – training will be provided.
- Positive working attitude and strong willingness to learn.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to travel to project sites when needed.
