VIC Interior is a BCA-registered contractor specialising in complex design & build projects across Singapore’s healthcare and medical infrastructure sectors. We are passionate about creating safe, functional, and high-compliance environments for hospitals, clinics, and laboratories.
As we expand, we are looking for a Project Coordinator who is detail-oriented, communicative, and highly reliable to support our growing portfolio of medical interior projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor daily project activities, timelines, and deliverables
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project flow
- Assist the Project Manager in preparing work schedules, shop drawings, method statements, and submissions
- Track and update progress claims, VO, and defect rectifications
- Manage document control, procurement tracking, and material follow-up
- Attend site meetings and inspections, ensuring alignment between site works and documentation
- Ensure compliance with MOM, SCDF, MOH , and other authority submissions
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Building, Construction, Architecture, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in interior fit-out or A&A projects (healthcare experience a bonus)
- Familiar with project documentation , AutoCAD/SketchUp/Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, independent, and a team player Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

The Role: Project Coordinator
Job Duties:
- Supervise renovation works and coordinate with the subcontractors on matters of execution to ensure quality workmanship standards
- Assist the manager in preparing and managing renovation project
- Responsible for general on-site technical matters and quality checks
- Ensure compliance of drawings and materials with regulatory specifications.
- Coordinate suppliers and contractors for the delivery of their materials
- Monitoring and updating daily works progress of the projects
Requirements:
Diploma with in mechanical / engineering or relevant technical certificates.
- At least 3 years of experience in site supervision for commercial projects
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good team work and interpersonal skills.
