Project Director - Semiconductor - MNC

Job Description:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, acting as the primary point of contact to enhance service and satisfaction.
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful program execution, achieving customer KPIs, inventory targets, and delivery goals.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Chair regular business and operational review meetings with customers, managing escalations and performance feedback.
• Analyze customer forecasts, identify risks, and take corrective action based on budget vs. actuals.
• Oversee new product introductions in coordination with relevant departments.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities through proactive customer engagement and strategic planning.
• Drive process improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction, efficiency, and quality enhancement.
• Develop and manage team performance, ensuring effective talent development and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 15 years of program management experience in the semiconductor or related high-tech industry.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated success in driving results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Proven experience in people management, including coaching and performance development.
• Proficient in MRP systems , Oracle , and Agile platforms.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint , and Macros .
