1. Perform on-site servicing, installation, commissioning, programming and trouble- shooting of machinery and equipment.
2. Conduct operation training to equipment operators
3. General report writing for internal and external customers
4. Installs, programs, or repairs automated machinery and equipment such as programmable controllers
5. Ensure works are carried out in accordance with specified requirements, quality and safety Standard.
6. Responsible for pre-and-post- sales technical supports.
7. Office logistics - Receive and inspect all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders, processes and distribution of documentation.
8. Complete all documentation during and after installation projects according to standard operation procedures (SOPs)
9. Ensure that maintenance works are carried out in accordance with specified requirements, quality & safety standard. Perform on-site investigation, commissioning and troubleshooting.
10. Knowledge of Honeywell and Genetec Software.
11. Establish and maintain excellent relationships with project team and clients.
