- Manage teams of workers, including discipline, for daily work activities, and assist them on technical and administrative matters. Carry out site supervision, coordination, and quality assurance of teams.
- Liaise with Client, internal staff, and sub-con on daily activities to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage the project, its budget, and the work progress of the work activities.
- Participate in the performance assessment of personnel under your charge.
- Prepare the site team with the necessary tools, Equipment, PPE, and procurement of them.
- Troubleshoot and able to service electronic/mechanical faults on equipment.
- Report and discuss with the Head of Department / Project Manager on-site issues and propose suggestions to mitigate and improve if any.
- For critical and urgent matters, you may need to attend to fault calls after office hours to maintain the standard of site operations.
- Work with the Management on any area for improvement, and enhance the team’s level of professionalism.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Mechatronic/Mechanical Engineering
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
- Familiarity with Manufacturing and Construction industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of QA/QC procedure (PQR/WPS) will be an added advantage
- Multi-tasking team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Attended QEHS-related awareness training
