Position Overview:
We are seeking a Project Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring all works are carried out safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise renovation and construction works.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project progress.
- Prepare project schedules, material requisitions, and work progress reports.
- Monitor site safety, quality, and compliance with regulations.
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions on-site.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure works meet specifications and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in construction/renovation projects (Singapore experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Proficient in project scheduling and documentation.
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
