Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the project methodology and technical submission
- Lead the project resources planning and execution
- Liaise, coordinate and conduct inspection with project stakeholders i.e. Project Owners, Consultants and Subcontractors, etc.
- Monitor work progress and ensure on time delivery of projects
- Report to Management on progress of projects
- Ensure project on time delivery and within project budget
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering from a university recognized by Singapore PE Board
- Preferably 2~3 years experience on project management and civil engineering projects in Singapore
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good Command of English and Mandarin to speak to Mandarin speaking associates
- Software skills on MS Project and ACAD preferred
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Possess Motor Vehicle Driving License will be an added advantage
