Job Description
a) Report to and assist the Project Manager (PM) in all project functions including project management, site management, risk control, and other related areas.
b) Assist the PM in project planning, implementation, and coordination of construction works in line with the master and detailed work program.
c) Attend regular meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project progress is on schedule.
d) Coordinate and liaise with client representatives, relevant authorities, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on all project matters.
e) Prepare, plan, and submit project-related documents such as work schedules, method statements, design plans, risk assessments, and monthly progress reports.
f) Supervise the execution of construction works to ensure compliance with:
- Contract specifications / bills of quantities
- Construction drawings
- Company’s quality standards
- Environmental, Safety & Health (ESH) practices All other relevant contract documents
g) Support Quantity Surveyors (QS) in site measurements, inspections, and verification of contractors’ progress payments and claims.
h) Carry out any other duties as assigned by superiors or management.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering (Recognised by Singapore Professional Engineers Board (PEB)
- At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in the construction industry ie: Vehicular Structures, Roadworks Preferably with driving licence
