Duties:
- Attend project meetings.
- Assist to coordinate and communicate various issues with stakeholders (contractor, client, partners, etc).
- Conduct progress meetings to manage issues.
- Ensure safe work procedures and measures are implemented at the work site.
- Plan, manage and oversee the day-to- day construction management of the project.
- Monitor and report to management of project progress vs baseline, including issues and risks in a timely manner.
- Review duration forecasts to completion and resource requirements.
- Monitor construction productivity and schedule performance
- Maintain good working relationships with all parties at site such as customers, contractors, vendors, etc to ensure smooth progress of work flow.
- Responsible for planning, scheduling and costing.
