Role Overview
We're looking for a highly-organised, creatively-driven Project Management Executive to support day-to-day operations and drive/manage key projects across marketing, business development and operations. You’ll work closely with the founder and extended team to ensure smooth execution across timelines, teams and touchpoints.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who’s eager to learn the ropes of running a business, passionate about fashion and excited to work in an innovative, forward-thinking and purpose-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Campaign Coordination
- Support the execution of brand and sales campaigns across email, social media, events, and PR
- Support the creation of brand content and media assets - from organising photoshoots to editing short-form videos for digital and social platforms
- Coordinate timelines and stakeholders (designers, content creators, partners) to keep deliverables on track
- Assist in performance tracking, reporting, and post-campaign reviews
Retail Store Support & Operations
- Help manage day-to-day operations of our retail store, including scheduling, logistics, vendor coordination, and customer service
- Support in-store marketing initiatives, visual merchandising, and event activations
- Work with the retail team to improve store efficiency, customer experience and sales performance
Business Development & Admin
- Assist in identifying and following up on new leads: brand collaborations, partnerships, media, and community opportunities
- Help prepare presentations, proposals, reports, and documents for meetings or pitches
- Support in general administrative duties and workflow setup across different parts of the business
Project Management
- Maintain and update project timelines, task lists, and trackers
- Organise meetings, take notes, and ensure follow-ups are completed
- Keep communication flowing between internal and external stakeholders
Job Requirements
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing, project coordination, retail and/or business admin
- Intermediate proficiency in at least one or more Adobe Creative Suite programmes (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and/or Lightroom) or similar design tools
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A self-starter who’s adaptable, curious, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves
- Detail-oriented, efficient, and able to juggle multiple projects at once
- Passion for fashion, lifestyle, and working in a mission-driven, inclusive brand
- Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Canva, Shopify, Klaviyo, Capcut.
