- Manage AI transformation roadmap for C2 systems.
- Design and oversee integration of AI capabilities (e.g., CV, NLP, anomaly detection) into operational C2 environments.Lead projects across video analytics, incident summarisation, and pattern detection.
- Data & Model Management.Develop data acquisition, cleaning, labelling and fusion strategies from sensor feeds, video, and public datasets.Drive model lifecycle management
- Ensure AI solutions meet operational requirements and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Experience in applied AI with at least 3 years in systems-level leadership.
- Strong experience in AI/ML for real-time systems (e.g., CV, NLP, sensor fusion).
- Experience in AI integration into C2 or mission-critical systems.
- Knowledge of MLOps, edge/cloud deployment, and secure data architectures.
- Knowledge AI governance principles.
