- Oversea the management and operations of the project
- Overall planning and management of project, including job schedule and mobilization of resources
- Close monitoring of project resources including manpower,transportation and tools
- Attend regular site coordination meetings with client/ contractors/ subcontractors on project related matters
- Ensure timely submission of monthly progress claims
- Assist with procurement, sourcing, negotation of materials
- Assist in tender adminisration works
- Oversee project quality and safety management plans
- Oversee that the current version of local specifications e.g. Singapore Standards and Code of Practices are complied to.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly progress reports to stakeholders
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering and minimum 5 years relevant working experience
- Good project management knowledge and skills
- Able to work independently and lead a team
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Training or certification in project management desirable
- Safety training in line with MOM
- Possess a class 3 driving licence
