Responsibilities
- Lead project planning and execution by defining scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation across internal and external teams.
- Anticipate risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies, raising critical issues to stakeholders where necessary.
- Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings to communicate progress and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Apply structured project management methodologies to ensure delivery within scope, budget, and time constraints.
- Oversee task prioritization, change control, and dependencies to maintain momentum despite challenges or limitations.
- Manage vendor and cross-functional coordination for infrastructure implementations such as Linux, storage, network, or virtualization solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in IT or a related field with at least 3 years of experience in IT project management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client-facing interactions and stakeholder engagement.
- Familiarity with infrastructure environments including Kubernetes, networking, and security tools.
- PMP, Scrum, or relevant certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
