Project Planning & Management
- Lead the full project lifecycle from design handover to completion.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and work scopes.
- Coordinate with designers, contractors, suppliers, and consultants.
- Monitor progress and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Site Supervision/Coordination
- Conduct regular site visits to track progress and resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Review and approve work quality, finishes, and materials.
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and project teams.
- Provide timely updates and manage expectations.
- Handle variations, change requests, and resolve conflicts when necessary.
Others
- Evaluate and manage contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
- Review quotations and monitor costs.
Requirements
- Min 3 years of experience in the Interior design/renovation industry.
- At least 3–5 years of project management experience in renovation, fit-out, or interior design projects.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and submission processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
