- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documents.
- Assist in monthly overtime calculation and leave administration.
- Manage employee benefits, insurance, and medical claims.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, practices, and statutory requirements.
- Perform general administrative duties including office supplies management, filing, and coordination of maintenance services.
- Source and negotiate with vendors for office and project-related supplies and equipment.
- Issue purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock as needed.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time, and best pricing.
- Liaise with finance for payment processing and maintain accurate purchasing records.

Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,200.00 per month
