Job Description:
- To conduct daily personal hygiene check – proper wearing of hairnet and no jewelry
- Checking and auditing on work processes and documents to ensure compliance ·
- Ensure proper halal recording and halal documentation. ·
- Assist the QA Manager implementation of FSSC 22,000, HACCP,Halal and SFA certifications ·
- Assist in internal & External Audit.
- Assist the QA Manager and QA Executive for Quality and halal related matters.
- Any other duties as and when assigned Job Requirements
- Ensure halal compliances / muis regulations
Requirement:
- At least a NITEC/Diploma in any field, preferably in food science or nutrition.
- Able to converse with staff at different levels and vendors in the daily work routine
- Positive thinking and willingness to learn
- Able to work in manufacturing and cold room environment in a poultry handling facility.
- 5.5 days works week
