What Will You Do
- Assist in conducting shelf-life testing and reviewing test results
- Coordinate sample preparation and retention for laboratory testing
- Help monitor and update SOPs for QA procedures and documentation
- Participate in internal audits and hygiene inspections for Central Kitchen and Vending machine
- Support root cause analysis and corrective action for non-conformances
What Do We Want
- Food science, Food Technology background
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word
- Familiarity with food safety standards (eg.HACCP, GMP)
- Comfortable working in a central kitchen and QA environment
