Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description

• Ensure all operational activities comply with cGxP standards, including data integrity.
• Review and approve analytical test data for release.
• Oversee production and testing activities to ensure compliance with cGxP, data integrity, and eCompliance.
• Support and document exception investigations.
• Review and approve production, QC, and analytical sciences records.
• Conduct Master Batch Record (MBR) reviews and execute batch release in compliance with product registration requirements.
• Comply with all HSE guidelines, detect and report potential accidents or risks, and propose corrective actions.
• Participate in HSE risk assessments, audits, and required training programs.

• University degree with a scientific or technological background (e.g., Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, Biochemistry, or equivalent).
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, providing operational QA oversight, supporting audits, or managing new product launches/technology transfers.
• Good knowledge of GMP, quality standards, and quality control (QC) testing.
• Competence in MS Office and other standard IT applications supporting quality activities.
• Technological competence in quality assurance and QC testing processes.
• Continuous learning mindset with operational excellence skills.
• Digital and tech-savvy, able to leverage tools to enhance quality processes.
• You have an ability to work collaboratively and are results-oriented.
