PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- CCAR/SCAR matters are constantly followed-up and resolved within the shortest possible lead-time.
- Validate customer quality complaint which includes product change notification, history of quality purge orders, previous quality complaints, shipment information and follow up appropriate actions with the manufacturers and the salesperson or customers.
- Measure the performance periodically and work towards to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Attend and guide salesperson on enquires relating to quality matters.
- Consult manufacturer on any quality matters requiring their clarifications or follow up actions.
- Ensure all documents relating to customer quality complaints are updated in active revisions.
JOB CONTENT:
- Constantly monitor and review the performance of customer quality complaints.
- Ensure manufacturers’ contact information is always current.
- Guide Salesperson on request for customer failure analysis and corrective action request and attend to any quality related enquires.
- Handle failure samples and coordinate with the manufacturer for failure analysis.
- Conduct investigations on any customer quality complaints being triggered, identify problem owner and follow up appropriate actions.
- Elevate the issue to the Assistant Manager of quality and process for advice on any major customer complaint that cannot be resolved within the stipulated time.
- Support the Assistant Manager on any information relating to customer quality complaints for investigations, analysis or negotiations with relevant parties.
- To undertake ad-hoc analysis that aims to improve quality and process.
- Any other tasks assigned by the Director, Quality and Process
EXPERIENCES
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance field is preferred
- Experience in handling CCAR, SCAR, and ICAR is advantageous
- Experience in answering QMS related questionnaires
- Experience in answering QMS and EMS related questionnaires
- Conversant with AS9120 Aerospace Quality Management System, ISO 9001 Quality Management System and ISO14001 Environmental Management System
- Experienced in ESD control
- Experienced in the electronics manufacturing industry
- Familiar in reading Failure Analysis/Test reports
