- Oversee the installation of tool hookup high purity Gas/Water/Chemical systems in Semiconductor Fab.
- Quality management program generation.
- Monitoring of installation contractors’ activities.
- Inspection and control of weld coupons.
- 100% weld inspection.
- UHP Welder qualification.
- Overseeing material inspection (ICQ).
- Witnessing/sign off on all testing.
- Continuous quality inspection of all aspects of installation with punchlist generation and close out.
- Checking and supervision of all contractor QA/QC documentation.
- Daily reporting to quality manager.
- Knowledge of chinese is preferred to support China-based customer
