We are seeking a dedicated QA Engineer (NDT Level 3) to join our Aerospace team in Joo Koon, Singapore . The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring products meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure process compliance with Site NDT Manual and NADCAP requirements
- Support Network and 3rd party audits, conduct Site level Self Audit
- Maintain NADCAP certification of Penetrant Inspection (FPI) & Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI)
- Develop and maintain site NDT Manual, NDT related procedures and work instructions.
- Conduct training and certifications of site NDT personnel.
- Perform Non-Destructive Testing (FPI and MPI) of production parts as needed
- Perform Rejection Analysis and Quality Improvement Plan
- Perform other functions as assigned as Site NDT Level 3 & Source Certifying Agent (SCA)
- Support production quality engineering tasks as assigned
- Adherence to Health, Safety and Environmental requirements for NDT personnel
