Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coach Quality Inspectors to ensure high performance
- Organise and allocate Quality Control (QC) resources effectively
- Monitor, audit, and assess inspection processes to ensure compliance and improvement
- Handling feedback, supplier quality issues, and customer reports
- Continuously improve inspection procedures and methodologies
- Ensure inspection tools and equipment are properly calibrated and maintained
- Promote a safe and healthy working environment by enforcing standards and procedures
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in fabrication and machining parts inspection
- Skilled in CMM programming and use of inspection equipment
- Able to interpret GD&T, assembly/fabrication drawings, and P&ID schematics
- Proficient in using problem-solving tools (A3 reports, DMAIC, Kaizen)
- Experience in a manufacturing, machining, or engineering environment is essential
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Customer-focused with a drive for continuous improvement
- Certification in welding inspection or NDT will be an added advantage
Working Schedule: 5 Days
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 9:00am – 6:00pm
