Responsibilities:
- Source for suppliers and subcontractors for quotations for tendering.
- Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary.
- Prepare tenders, measurement and preparation of bills of quantities and quotations.
- Evaluation of claims/ bills submitted by Subcontractor/ Supplier.
- Prepare monthly progress claim.
Requirements:
- Possess a Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Building or equivalent with minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience in construction industry.
- Able to work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.qu
