- Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions for interior fit-out projects.
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations, negotiate pricing, and issue purchase orders.
- Track project costs and monitor variations, ensuring compliance with contractual terms.
- Conduct site measurements, prepare progress claims, and manage final account settlements.
- Liaise with project managers, clients, and consultants to ensure project cost control and timely reporting.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in interior fitting-out or construction industry.
- Proficient in MS Office and quantity take-off software (e.g., AutoCAD or Bluebeam preferred).
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
