Job Summary:
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will manage cost planning, control, and contract administration throughout the project lifecycle. You will ensure financial efficiency while upholding quality and contractual standards.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates and budgets for tender submissions
- Manage contract administration and progress claims
- Perform measurements and prepare interim and final valuations
- Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
- Monitor and control project costs against budgets
- Prepare variation orders, and handle contractual claims and disputes Provide support in procurement and material scheduling
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Building
- 3–8 years of relevant experience in construction industry
- Strong knowledge in costing and contract management Meticulous, independent, and a good communicator
