Quantity Surveyor (Subcontractor)

- Conduct precise material take-offs and validate measurements for completed works.
- Prepare job-related documents including quotations, sales orders, and production instructions.
- Manage variations, progress billings, and final account closures.
- Review contract terms and tender submissions for compliance and accuracy.
- Coordinate with site teams and supervisors to track progress and ensure cost control.
- Carry out other QS-related duties as delegated by management.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or equivalent.
- At least 2 years’ experience in Singapore’s construction sector , preferably with a subcontractor .
- Proficient in MS Office; basic knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
