Job Responsibilities:
- Administer daily front desk duties, including receiving visitors and attending to incoming calls
- Handle stationery purchases and file documents
- Provide support and backup to the administrative team as required
- Prepare administrative reports and check invoices for payment processing
- Source supplies and services such as office equipment and maintenance services
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirements:
- GCE ‘N’/'O' Level or NITEC
- At least 3 years of working experience as a Receptionist / Front Desk Customer Service Officer
- Independent, highly organized, able to multitask and possess good communication and time management skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- A good team player
