As a Regional Demand Planner you will be the
Process owner of regional demand planning, covering APAC regions and 3 SBU
Provide the forecast vision to RBM/RCM by reviewing / analyzing the statistical forecast
Review the statistical forecast and provide Category/Country managers a vision
Consolidate market insights inputs to lead the regional demand review meeting
Provide in Futurmaster the validated forecast
Responsibilities
Demand Planning Ownership: Lead regional demand planning for APAC across 3 SBUs.Forecast Management: Analyze and revise 12-month statistical forecasts using the best-fit algorithms and clean data; ensure proper data setup in FuturMaster.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide insights and forecast analysis to Category/Country Managers and Regional Business/Commercial Managers.
Meeting Leadership: Drive Regional Demand Review (RDR) meetings, present forecast changes, align with budget, and discuss risks and opportunities.
Forecast Finalization: Ensure validated forecasts are submitted accurately in FuturMaster and aligned with RDR agreements; provide feed
Qualifications
Experience & Skills:3–5 years in demand planning
Strong data analysis and forecasting skills
Experience in multi-cultural, matrix environments
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (SAP is a plus)
Familiarity with tools like FuturMaster, Blue Yonder, or SAP APO/IBP
Education: Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering
