Role Summary and Impact
This role will directly contribute to regional growth in APAC, aligning with our global strategy of innovation and excellence. With 12,000+ employees spanning 16 culturally diverse markets, we thrive on the strength of local expertise, unified by a global vision, to deliver impactful solutions for our clients
We are seeking a Biddable Manager who thrives in a hands-on, single contributor role to collaborate with local clients as part of the central digital team (regional team). This role is critical in planning, executing, and landing digital campaigns in-market, ensuring they align with both regional strategies and local market needs.
As a key driver of success, the Biddable Manager will take end-to-end ownership of digital deployment—from conceptualization and planning to activation, monitoring, and optimization—while deriving insights from executed campaigns and delivering actionable reporting. This is a pivotal role that requires close collaboration with local market teams and offshore implementation partners to ensure seamless execution and measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
Execution-Focused Strategy & Planning
- Take direct ownership of biddable media strategies (e.g., Programmatic [Video, Display, etc.], Paid Social [TikTok, Meta, etc.], and SEM) aligned with overall marketing and business goals.
- Translate brand growth plans and advertising briefs into actionable media plans by supporting the Cluster Lead in developing localized digital strategies.
- Ensure all plans are actionable and executable at the local market level, adhering to best practices, guidelines, and sufficiency standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Local Market Planning teams, Creative, Analytics, Activation, and Implementation teams) to ensure integrated campaign planning and seamless execution in-market. Actively participate in discussions with local market teams to understand their unique challenges and adapt strategies accordingly.
End-to-End Campaign Management & Optimization
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of biddable media campaigns, including setup, activation, tracking, and optimization, across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, DV360, The Trade Desk, LinkedIn, and others.
- Work closely with the activation team to monitor campaign performance and ensure alignment with the media plan.
- Troubleshoot any issues during campaign implementation and provide guidance to local market teams to ensure smooth deployment.
- Ensure best practices are applied for campaign setup, targeting, bidding strategies, ad copy, creative testing, and landing page optimization.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Accountability
- Serve as the primary point of contact for local market teams, ensuring alignment between regional strategies and local execution.
- Build strong relationships with local stakeholders to foster collaboration and ensure buy-in for digital initiatives.
- Maintain a high level of accountability for campaign success, taking ownership of results and proactively addressing challenges.
Reporting, Analysis, and Insights
- Analyze performance data from biddable media campaigns and implement optimization strategies to drive continuous improvement.
- Utilize reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform dashboards) to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key insights, achievements, and areas for improvement.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experimentation to evaluate creative, targeting, bidding strategies, and landing page effectiveness, using findings to enhance future campaigns.
- Collaborate with local market teams to interpret performance data and provide tailored recommendations that align with regional and local objectives.
Innovation & Industry Knowledge
- Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the digital advertising landscape, particularly within biddable media.
- Evaluate and recommend new platforms, tools, and strategies to enhance campaign performance, efficiency, and scalability.
- Act as a subject matter expert for biddable media within the organization, providing guidance and thought leadership to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Share knowledge and updates on emerging industry developments with local market teams to foster innovation and maintain competitive advantage.
- Proactively identify opportunities to test new formats, channels, or technologies that could improve campaign outcomes or unlock new growth opportunities.
