Job Description:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to assess recruitment needs and design effective recruiting strategies.
  • Develop, review, and update job descriptions and specifications for various roles.
  • Conduct job and task analysis to define job requirements and key performance objectives.
  • Prepare recruitment materials and publish job postings across job portals, social media, academic institutions, and other relevant channels.
  • Source and attract candidates using databases, social platforms, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and job applications to shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Conduct interviews using structured, competency-based, and other reliable assessment methods.
  • Evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, soft skills, and cultural fit.
  • Stay informed and apply best practices in recruitment and selection.
  • Generate detailed recruitment reports using proposed software and share insights with the HR team.
  • Serve as a point of contact for candidates and build strong, positive relationships throughout the hiring process.
  • Promote the company’s brand and culture to position it as an Employer of Choice.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a recruiter (either in-house or at a staffing agency).
  • Preferred: Experience with regional recruiting in Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Taiwan, Philippines, Europe, India, and UAE.
  • Proficiency in various interview techniques (structured, competency-based, stress interviews, etc.).
  • Practical experience with a range of selection processes (video interviews, phone screens, reference checks).
  • Ability to organize and run assessment centers (e.g., in-tray exercises, work samples, psychometric and EQ/IQ testing).
  • Proficiency with recruitment software and familiarity with HRIS/HRMS platforms.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
